The 41st Sign When the world is in this state, Allahu ta’ala Nayan’s gaze will fall upon it, and a fire will come down. The force of that fire will burn from creation (awwal) to the hereafter (akhirah). For three days, the sun will change its course, traveling from west to east rather than east to west. Then for the next three days, the sun will not dawn and there will be darkness. After that, the fiery sun will come closer, to within a thousand miles from the earth, to where the moon is now. The heat will be unimaginable, and the water of the oceans will boil and waves will swell to a height of one hundred miles, right up to the skies. The fish in the ocean will begin to fry, the forests will begin to burn, even the mountains will burn. Nothing will be saved. Everything will be leveled. After everything on earth has been destroyed, even the lives of the angels (malaks) will be taken by God, and ‘Izra’il (A.S.), the Angel of Death, will also be told to bring his own life back. ‘Izra’il (A.S.) will roll between the earth and the sky and after great difficulty take his own life back to God. Everything that has been created by God will be taken back. That is the Day of Qiyamah, the day when all lives will be captured. (6/5/86) God, Allahu ta’ala Nayan, will be as before, alone, once again. Everything will be contained within Him, and He will be alone by Himself, for one hundred years. Then God will open His eyes and see that He has to create again. That will be the Day of Judgment, when the questions will be asked. Everything will have been destroyed, except the tiny piece of flesh that cannot be eaten by earth, fire, water, air, and ether. Allah will look at all these pieces of flesh. Here and there, the souls (ruhs) will shine. He will say, “Kun! Arise!” and awaken them and call them to Him. That will be the final Day of Reckoning (Qiyamah). Then the questions will be asked regarding what each one did in his life and then the judgment will be given. This is how it will occur. This is the way it is described in the oral traditions (ahadith) of the Sufi wise men (gnanis), but only God knows the truth. This period is approaching. The signs are coming closer and closer. The wars are also coming closer. Only Allah knows when the world will be destroyed, when each thing will occur and come to an end, and what will happen after that. It may take on thousand years or ten thousand. It could take ten hours or ten nalihai (Indian hours, consisting of twenty-four minutes each). It could even happen in ten seconds. But it can only happen through His power (qudrat). Only Allah knows. It is all in Allah’s responsibility (tawakkul). Amin. To be continued... How to Escape the Destruction.
